Again, welcome to the UTAU site of the KAFKAPOLIS.

I've created this site to separate it from my personal one so that everything's more organized. As such, this site has the following functions:

Voicebank distribution site for the the KAFKAPOLIS UTAU collective
Character database for the KAFKAPOLIS UTAUs
Resource hub for USTs, utilities, tutorials, etc.

There's not too much going on in this site, but please do expect new content to arrive soon. :D

What are the KAFKAPOLIS UTAU?

THe KAFKAPOLIS UTAU collective, or just THE KAFKAPOLIS UTAU, is a multimedia vocal synth project. It has gone through multiple rebrands since its conception in 2014.

It provides character-based voicebanks for people to use in UTAU, a free shareware vocal synthesis software made by Ameya. Originally a one-man project, it is now expanding to be a collaborative project between friends.

History

THE KAFKAPOLIS UTAU was originally founded in 2014 as the ASTRAloids. It was meant to be a private UTAU project between close friends. Alongside that, FUWAutau, a side project dedicated to UTAUs Maria/Mario Fuwa, was founded.

Due to a loss of interest within the group, the ASTRAloids was disbanded in 2015, and FUWAutau was still being worked on. Less emphasis was put on that project, as I wanted to make my UTAUs more of a personal thing.

In 2021, as the the KAFKAPOLIS project was founded, it was born to replace FUWAutau and the ASTRAloids altogether.
